What is a Phytotherapy Consultation?

A Phytotherapy consultation is a one-on-one discussion covering any health concerns and goals for wellness. I believe that Plant medicine is about treating the person as opposed to the ailment.

Plant medicine can assist people with diverse health concerns such as improvement of general wellness, increasing energy, digestive issues such as IBS and acid reflux (GERD), fertility and reproductive concerns such as PCOS - an example for males is BPH. Plant medicine can also assist people who have fibromyalgia, thyroid issues, menopause, mood disturbances, hormonal imbalances, depression, anxiety and various complicated health concerns - I often consult with people who have found no conclusions with other health professionals and are seeking to feel better.

After the initial consultation I derive a plan for treatment, I then design and create a plant medicine formula in the form of a tincture and/or tea. Two weeks after the initial consultation I recommend a follow-up consultation to discuss how the process of taking the medicine is going, the state of wellbeing presently experienced and if any changes need to be made. 

Consultation Services
Phytotherapy initial consultation (available for Skype)– 60mins = $85

  • Discussion of health status as well as goals for health and wellness

  • Emailed intake form and consent form to be filled and emailed back

  • Tongue diagnosis, pulse diagnosis, nail assessment, blood pressure check (in-person)

  • Discussion of main concern, hospitalizations, past traumas, history

  • Discussion and assessment of all organ systems will be covered

  • A treatment plan will be emailed including supplement, lifestyle and nutritional recommendations

  • Individualized custom formula herbal tincture and/or tea to address and support body function (not included in price) (will be mailed for Skype consult)

Phytotherapy follow-up consultation (available for Skype) – 30mins= $45

  • Discussion of health status

  • Review of herbal remedy provided

  • Discussion of emotional and physical status and desired state of being

  • Discussion of noticeable changes

  • Discussion of continuity of care

Energetic and physiological initial consultation  60- 80mins = $125

  • Emotional and physical emphasis

  • Emailed intake form and consent form to be filled and emailed back

  • Tongue diagnosis, pulse diagnosis, nail assessment, blood pressure check

  • Discussion of main concern , hospitalizations, past traumas, history

  • Discussion and assessment of all organ systems may be covered

  • Tasting of various herbs and emotional assessment of each
